2. Overview
This website belongs to Senderikhin, a sole proprietorship that develops and sets up AI applications for businesses. It currently sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics tools and embeds no third-party content. If such services are used in future, they load only after your consent (see section 6). Fonts are loaded from this server; no data is passed to third parties (e.g. Google). Personal data is only processed where this is necessary to run the website or to answer your enquiry.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages); Cloudflare also provides the domain's name servers. Each time a page is requested, the host processes technically necessary data in server log files: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and operating system, and the previously visited page (referrer). The purpose is to deliver the website securely and reliably; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). The log files are deleted automatically after a short period.
Cloudflare processes the data on my behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR).
4. SSL/TLS encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” and the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar.
5. Storage in your browser
If you change the website's language, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage, entry “locale”) so the website remembers it. For the short transition when switching languages, an entry is also kept in session storage (sessionStorage), which disappears when you close the tab. Your cookie choice is also kept in local storage (entry “consent”: the categories chosen and when) so the banner does not appear on every visit. These entries contain no personal data, are not sent to me or to third parties, and are strictly necessary for the function you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG); no consent is therefore required. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.
6. Consent to cookies (cookie settings)
On your first visit, a banner asks whether you allow optional categories: “Analytics” (anonymous statistics on how the website is used) and “Marketing” (measuring the success of ads). Services in these categories load only after you have consented (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Rejecting is as easy as accepting. No services are currently assigned to either category; once they are, each will be listed here with provider, purpose and storage period, and you will be asked again.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with effect for the future, via the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
7. Contact by email
If you email me, I process your details (e.g. name, email address, content of the message) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
My email runs on Google Workspace, provided by Google Cloud EMEA Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland. Google processes the messages on my behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).
8. Contact form
On the contact page you can write to me through a form. I process your name, optionally your company, your email address, your message and the language of the website, solely to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering). To keep out automated requests I check a field that people cannot see and the time between opening the page and sending; nothing is stored for this.
The request is passed by a function of my host Cloudflare (see section 3) to the email delivery service Resend (Resend, Inc., San Francisco, USA), which delivers it to my mailbox. Resend processes the data on my behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR); transfers to the USA are covered by the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). The message then sits in my mailbox (see section 7) and is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
9. Links to LinkedIn
This website links to my LinkedIn profile (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland). This is a plain link: no data is transferred until you click it. After that, LinkedIn's privacy policy applies.
10. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to it on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). To do so, contact the email address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin, datenschutz-berlin.de.
11. Obligation to provide data, automated decisions
You are not obliged to provide personal data. Without the technically necessary data, however, the website cannot be delivered. No automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR), takes place.
